All purchases are processed on a Cash on Delivery COD basis. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for delivery. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and ensuring availability to receive the package. In case of failed delivery attempts, additional arrangements may be required.
Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged or defective. Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the order. The item must be in its original condition with all packaging intact. Refunds will be processed after verification of the returned product.
